Poor Customer Service March 19, 2013

The shifter was sent to me with bushings that were the wrong size. When I tried to install the shifter I ended up messing up the pin that holds the shifter in place (because the supplied parts were the wrong size) and I had to get it replaced by a GM dealer and I couldn't drive my car for over a week in the meantime. I contacted customer service and they said they didn't think they could do anything to help me out except to send back the parts. I sent back the parts over two weeks ago and have heard nothing, and then even followed up over email, but have heard nothing back from customer service and have received no refund (for the defective product or for the incedental costs I incurred due to the defective product).
I was also sent the wrong shift knob which I had to contact Hurst directly and then ship back the wrong one to get the correct one even though I had ordered the correct one in the first place.

Install was pretty straight forward. Directions need to be updated for the 2013. Some minor modifications need to be made to use the chrome handle with the newer boot. Not sure if the factory Zl1 shifter will work for this application.

I purchase most of my performance parts from Phastek always great service. Last order of the Hurst shifter was purchased on a Sunday and received 2 days later on that Tuesday excellent work keep it up! Only concern is I received the V8 shift pattern in my box ( I own a v6) v6 was checked in purchase. I called Phastek and spoke to customer service they said its a problem they no about and my new v6 shift ball pattern will be sent out. Has been lil over a week I'm still waiting on my correct shift pattern to arrive.  I go to phastek for quality Camaro accessories.

The latest addition to my 2010 2SSRS Camaro.  The delivery was timely, service was great.  The install was a snap.  It took less than 2 hours from start to finish.  I would definitely suggest this shifter to anyone who wants a fast action short throw quality shifter.
