Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable. Return Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Before returning anything to Phastek, please contact Customer Support at 713-849-0555 to request a return authorization (RMA) number. Please include our RMA Form and a copy of your invoice. This helps us to expedite processing and speed up your return. Please keep a copy for your records.
Shipping & Delivery: Please make sure your shipping location is secure. Phastek, as well as the shipper, cannot be responsible for items shipped to your home/office that get lost or stolen.
Refunds and Credits: Please be sure to let us know if you would like an Exchange, Refund to your Card, or Credit your account on your Return.

A Restocking Fee of 5% to 25% will apply to all products being returned to Phastek Performance. (Restocking fee's range depending on item purchased and conditon of return)
Why a restocking fee? Our minimal restocking fee covers lost credit card charges and shipping fees, and that's it!
If at any time a customer is not satisfied with their purchase from Phastek Performance, the customer may return the item within 30 days of delivery of thier order. The purchased item(s) must be in a new condition, including original packaging, parts and paperwork. Orders returned in a new, ready-to-sell condition will receive a refund, less a restocking fee, and excluding any shipping costs.
** Phastek Performance can not accept any Returns after the 30 days of delivery **
All Returned orders are inspected for use and/or installation, as well as missing items. Phastek Performance will contact the customer if there is any suspicion of use and or missing items required to complete the product(s).
Note: All order cancellations prior to shipment may be subject to a 3% fee. Again, this covers credit card fees associated with the transaction.
To return an item, the customer will need a Return Material Authorization Number(RMA#). All returns require an RMA# in order for Phastek Performance to accept shipment of returned item(s). Phastek Performance is not responsible for returned items without a clear RMA number.
To Request an RMA# from Phastek Performance, please contact us at support@phastekperformance.com. A Customer Service Represenentive will contact the customer within 1-2 business days either by return email or Phone. The Customer Service Representative contacting you will have further instructions for your return.
Anytime an Item is delivered with a manufacturer defect, Phastek Performance (or the Manufacturer) may send the customer a pre-paid shipping label to use for returning the defective item. The customer will not charged any restocking fees for defective items.
To process a return for a Defective item. Please contact Phastek Performance at support@phastekperformance.com. A Customer Service Representative will contact the customer within 1-2 business days with an RMA#, instructions, and a Pre-Paid Shipping label for return. All items will need to be in unused condition with all original packaging, parts, and paperwork for the return. * There are times when Phastek Performance will require a photo on defective items. Once Phastek Performance has received and processed the defective item, a replacment will be sent to the customer, or a refund or credit will be made to the customer's account.
Phastek Performance only covers return shipping on items returned for manufacture defects or any error on the part of Phastek Performance or the Manufacturer. Phastek Performance will not cover return shipping for items that are improperly installed or damaged by the customer, or reasons due to "changed my mind", "did not like the product", or "ordered the wrong item(s)".
Items to be replaced by Phastek Performance will need to meet the same requirments as Returned Products. Items must be returned with original packaging, parts, and paperwork. Items to be replaced by Phastek Performance will be shipped once the returned product is received and processed. Please allow 5-7 business days to process returns received back by Phastek Performance or the Product Manufacturer.
If a replacement item(s) is need immediatly, we suggest a new order be placed either online or with one of Phastek Performance's sales representaives. If a new order is placed online, please include a note in the order notes during checkout. Once the replacement item is received allow 5-7 business day for a refund.
Unfortunately, there are times when Items will show up Damaged or Partially Missing due to mishanlding on the shipment carriers part (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc). Phastek Performance requires that all items are inspected by the receiver to verify Damage and to report the damages to Phastek Performance within 48 hours of delivery. Phastek Performance will not be held responisble for items that are not reported within 48 hours of delivery.
All reports of Damaged or Missing Packages can be reported to support@phastekperformance.com. A Customer Service Representative will then contact the customer within 1-2 business days to issue a RMA# and instructions for the return. Phastek Performance will then issue a claim with the shipping company or issue the customer a pre-paid return shipping label to have the damaged package shipped back to Phastek Performance or the manufacturer. Once the Damaged package is retrieved by the return shipping company, a replacement item will be shipped out to the customer.
If the item ordered is needed in a timely manner then a new order will need to be placed with our sales department. The customer will be charged for the replacement item at that time. Once the Damaged item is received, then a refund will be made back to the customer. There are times where Phastek Performance will require a Photo to be sent by the cutomer of the damaged shipping box and items to verify the damaged was caused by the shipping company. Any and All Returns will require an RMA# either on the return shipping label, box or form provided for return.
