How does the Bongo process work?
Set up a US address with Bongo from one of the links on our website. This address can be used to complete your shopping cart. We will ship the goods to the Bongo warehouse. Bongo will forward the goods to your country when you have activated your account.

How does Bongo calculate shipping?
Bongo charges the same way as common carriers. Bongo charges the greater of the actual weight or the dimensional weight of the shipment. Dimensional weight is calculated by utilizing the following formula: Length X Width X Height / 166. Why haven't you shipped my goods?
In order for us to ship your goods, you will need to enter your credit card information into the Bongo international website at www.BongoUS.com.

Will my goods be automatically forwarded to me?
If you signed up for Bongo's "Pay Per Use" service, then your goods will be automatically shipped to you. If you signed up for their "Subscription" service, then you will receive an email from Bongo stating that they have received your goods. You can contact them directly to have the goods shipped.

Do I need to pay any duties/taxes when the goods arrive?
Bongo's price includes a full door-to-door transportation cost, however, there may be additional duties and taxes charged by Customs in your country. Please contact Bongo directly if you have any additional questions about this process.

Return Policy for Bongo International Orders:

Domestic Returns:
Order cancellations that result in the return of product from the Bongo warehouse to PhastekPerformance.com are the responsibility of the customer. If an item needs to be returned from the Bongo warehouse, the customer will pay the return freight.

International Returns:
Any goods shipped internationally are not the responsibility of PhastekPerformance.com once a Proof of Delivery has been received from the Bongo warehouse. Any international return request should be coordinated through Customer Service at Bongo International.

Damaged Goods:
If damaged goods are received, please contact Bongo directly. Bongo insures products that are shipped overseas and will work through the claims process with you. If you decide to place an order for a replacement part, you may do so through PhastekPerformance.com.

International Duties / Taxes:
If you need to make a return or receive a replacement part, please contact Bongo International directly. They will adjust your international paperwork to state that the items are replacement parts. No additional duties/taxes should be applied by Customs in your country.
