BTRs LS3 Stage 4 camshaft is designed for GM Gen IV LS3 6.2L engines that demand maximum naturally aspirated performance. This aggressive Stage 4 profile is ideal for high-performance street builds, weekend track cars, and competitive racing applications. Compared to Stage 3 options, the LS3 Stage 4 cam delivers increased airflow, higher RPM capability, and substantially more top-end horsepower while maintaining strong mid-range power. Developed in-house using advanced BTR lobe technology and validated through Spintron and engine dyno testing, this camshaft provides exceptional valvetrain stability, durability, and repeatable performance when paired with the proper supporting modifications and professional tuning.
Note: The use of BTR dual or conical spring kits is required due to high valve lift and increased rpm potential.
Note: Recommend the use of hardened pushrods in power adder applications.
Note: To use this cam in an L99 engine you will need the L99 to LS3 conversion kit to properly operate this cam in the L99 engine. A torque converter will also be necessary to prevent any surging once the cam is installed.
Note: When used in higher compression applications, E85 fuel is recommended.
