ORDERING INFORMATION

 

SECURE ONLINE SHOPPING

All traffic to and from our servers are encrypted using industry-standard technology to ensure the secure transmission and storage of any personal information you provide.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

 

Credit Card: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We accept only Credit Cards with billing addresses in the U.S.A. and Canada. We charge Credit Cards only in U.S. Dollars. Your Credit Card institution will convert it to your country's money when sending you your statement or bill.

 

PayPal: Phastek Performance offers PayPal at checkout for both domestic and international orders. If you are out of country this will be the best alternative for you to checkout with. You must pay us in U.S. Dollars through PayPal, no exceptions! PayPal will convert your country's money to U.S. Dollars for you at the time of payment. There are times where an order may require additional funding for international orders. One of our customer support representatives will reach out to you and issue you a PayPal invoice. If you are sending funds to Phastek, the authorized e-mail address to send PayPal payments to is company@phastek.com. Do not send PayPal payments to ANY e-mail address other than this!

 

Affirm: Affirm is an additional way of payment that Phastek offers. This allows you to finance your order with multiple payments. You can choose the option at checkout. Affirm will direct you to their website where you will be prompted to complete the information required by Affirm.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

 

You should expect to receive a couple emails from us after your order is placed. The first is to confirm your order was received. You should receive this order confirmation email from us within 10-15 minutes of placing your order. This email will include your order number. The second is to confirm your order’s shipment and provide tracking numbers for your shipments. You may receive more than 1 shipment email from us if you have multiple products shipping separately.

 

If you do not receive an order confirmation email from us within 10-15 minutes of placing your order, please contact us HERE so we can confirm that your order was placed and supply you with your order number. Upon request, we can send a copy of your invoice via fax, email, or mail.

 

If you did not receive an order confirmation email:

      • -Please double check that you entered a valid email address at checkout.
      • -Our email may have been intercepted by a spam filter.  Please check your spam/junk folders for an email from us.  You may  want to add company@phastek.com and support@phastek.com to your email list of safe senders.
      • -There may be a question about your order (incorrect billing information for example) in which case we will email or call you about your order within one business day of receipt.

 

In some cases, additional verification is needed before your order can be accepted. If additional verification is required, we will attempt to contact you via email or phone using the information you provided with your order. If we are unsuccessful in our attempts to contact you, we have the right to refuse or cancel your order. The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time.

 

SPECIAL/CUSTOM ORDERS

 

Any product that is special/custom order may require a deposit or full payment in advance at the time the order is placed. Once manufacturing as begun, the deposit or full payment is nonrefundable under any condition or circumstance.

 

Special/Custom orders usually take weeks or months to arrive. We generally quote an estimated amount of time. However, due to the nature of this business, some orders take longer than we may expect. Phastek Performance LLC. will not be held responsible for delays from manufacturers, transportation, shipping companies, or product being held at Customs.

 

OUT-OF-STOCK/BACK ORDERS

 

In the event of a back ordered product, we will ship the in-stock product(s) as they are available (International orders excluded). We will then contact you to inform you of the out-of-stock product and give you the option to a) change the product to an in-stock part, b) hold the back order until the product is in stock or c) cancel the back order and receive a refund for the cancelled product.

 

Most back ordered products are normally back in stock within about two weeks of placing an order with the manufacturer. Unfortunately, this cannot be said for all out-of-stock products, especially during the holidays. For the current estimated stocking time of an out-of-stock product, please contact us HERE or click the “Get E-mailed When In Stock” link on the product page above the “Add to Cart” button, which will sign you up to get an email update when the product is back in stock.

 

OPEN BOX/CLEARANCE ORDERS

 

Looking for deep discounts? Then be sure to check our Open Box and Clearance page. You’ll find a constantly changing inventory of Open Box/Clearance products at bargain prices.

 

Our Open Box products are like-new and/or returned products. Please check the product’s description carefully as we list any blemishes and/or scratch-n-dents on the product. Any Open Box return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Open Box refunds will be processed as Store Credit only.

 

Our Clearance products are brand new, never been opened overstock and/or discontinued products. They are sold as-is and cannot be returned.

 

ORDER CHANGES AND/OR CANCELLATIONS

 

If you need to change or cancel your order, we ask that you call us at 1-855-742-7835 as soon as possible after placing your order, as we ship orders quickly. If you email us, we may not receive it in time to stop the order from shipping out. An order that has already been shipped cannot be cancelled or changed. You will need to contact us to set up a Return (RMA) once your order has been received.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

You cannot cancel an order once it has shipped. If an order has shipped and you do not want to keep the product(s), our return policy will apply. If you return the product(s) and/or refuse the shipment(s), our return policy will apply.

 

You cannot cancel an order that is noted as a "Special Order" or “Custom Order” once manufacturing has begun.

 

All cancellations may be subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Payment refunds will be issued via the same payment method originally used to place the order (Credit Card, PayPal, Affirm, etc.) minus any fees where applicable. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your account. If the original form of payment is no longer available, the refund will be issued as store credit applied to your Phastek.com account. Store credit is not redeemable for cash.

 

Route+ Protection Coverage: Route+ is a premium package protection we offer our customers to protect against lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once the protection is purchased at checkout, we cannot cancel it. If you do not want to purchase this protection, please be sure to uncheck the "Route Add Shipping Protection" box at checkout.

 

Supercharger or Turbo kit orders: you must send an email to our support department at support@phastek.com with your order number. Any supercharger/turbo kit order that must be canceled will have a 48-business hour window to cancel the order, there will be a cancellation fee of 5% on all canceled supercharger/turbo orders. Any cancellation request after the 48-business hour window will be denied.

 

CA Residents: Due to California’s CARB compliance law, some of our products are not for sale or street use in your state and can NOT be billed or shipped to California residents. These products are marked accordingly in bold red “We cannot ship this item TO California”. We are obligated to abide by your state’s law. If you disregard our notice and try to purchase one of these products, we will cancel your order and refund your payment minus a 5% cancellation fee.

 

International Orders: Any customer located outside the USA (defined as the 50 states) may not cancel their order after we have received the final shipping payment, partial or full. If you do cancel, you will receive no refund. International orders require us to order all your products in specifically for you. We then collect all your products here until your entire order is ready for shipment. Because of the extra time and effort required to fill an international order, we do not allow any refunds. However, if you want to change one product for a different product, that is allowed if the original product is not a special/custom order, wheels, or a body part. Please note that you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs of the original product and/or the new product from the manufacturer to Phastek Performance.

 

Wholesale/Dealers: Any order your company cancels will be credited to your account as company credit. We do not offer credit to your credit card or a check refund.

 

PHASTEK PERFORMANCE GIFT CARDS

 

Gift cards purchased from Phastek.com can only be redeemed at Phastek.com.

 

There are two ways to redeem your gift card at Phastek.com. Either enter the gift card number on the “Checkout” page during checkout, or, if placing a phone order, provide the gift card number to the customer service representative completing your order.

 

If you place an order that exceeds the balance of your gift card, the balance must be paid with a valid credit card, PayPal account, or store credit if available. If you would like to use multiple gift cards to pay for a single order, please call us to place a phone order.

 

If you checked out using your account, any unused balance after your purchase can be converted to a store credit and applied to your account. You’ll also be able to review your available credit balance in your account. If you don’t have an account, you can create one at checkout, you’ll just need to enter a password on the checkout page or return to the site at a later time to reset your password for the account associated with the email address used on the order.

 

Gift cards purchased from Phastek.com will never expire nor will store credit generated from Phastek.com gift cards.

 

Gift cards and/or store credits cannot be returned or redeemed for cash value, reloaded with additional value, resold or transferred for value, except where required by law.

 

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

 

Promotions, coupons, and other special offers may not be used to purchase gift cards.

 

Phastek.com will not replace lost or stolen gift cards.

 

Phastek.com will have the right to cancel orders, close customer accounts, and/or bill alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift card is redeemed to make purchases on Phastek.com.

 

STATE SALES TAX NOTIFICATION

 

To our customers with State Sales Tax Exemption Certificates:

 

We are required by law to collect and remit sales tax on any order being shipped to most U.S. states. If you are a customer who will be purchasing a product for resale and need to make a non-taxable purchase, you will need to provide us with a valid Sales and Use Resale Certificate for the state in which the product is being shipped to. We will under no circumstances waive the sales tax charges without a valid Certificate.

 

To our customers with purchases shipped to Alaska, Alabama, Connecticut, Idaho, Maine, Mississippi, North Dakota, Nebraska, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wyoming:

 

Phastek Performance is not required to, and does not, collect sales or use tax in these states. Under these states' laws, purchases are not tax-exempt merely because they were made over the internet or because a seller is not required to collect sales/use tax in these states. These states' laws require resident purchasers to review untaxed purchases and, if any tax is owed, file a use tax return and pay any tax due.
