ORDER ISSUES

Once you place your order, you should receive an order confirmation email from us within 10–15 minutes with your order number. If you did not receive an order confirmation email:

Please double check that you entered a valid email address at checkout.
Our email may have been intercepted by a spam filter. Please check your spam/junk folders for an email from us.
There may be a question about your order (incorrect billing information, for example). We will email or call you within one business day of receipt.

When your order ships, We send the tracking number to the email address on your order. Multiple shipment emails are possible if items ship separately. If you don’t see it, check spam or junk folders.

Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We ship quickly.

Orders that have shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.
“Special Order” or “Custom Order” items cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun.

Check our Contact Us page for Customer Service hours. If your order shipped and you do not want to keep the product(s), you may be able to return per our Returns Page

All new and unused products may be returned in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Use our Online Return process:

Log in to your Phastek account.
Under “My Account,” open the order with the product(s) to return.
Click the RETURN button at the bottom of that order.
Choose “Qty to Return,” “Return Reason,” and “Return Action.”
Click SUBMIT RETURN REQUEST to get your RMA.

If returning due to fitment, flaw, or defect, photos may be required. Some products are non-returnable. See the Returns Page for details.

If you purchased Route+ Protection, use your Route confirmation email to file a Damaged claim or go to Route Claims

If you did not purchase Route+, report damaged or missing items within 7 days of delivery so we can file a carrier claim. Keep all boxes, packing material, and labels until the claim is resolved.

Freight deliveries have special reporting requirements. See Freight Policy. Some cases may require photos of the shipping box and/or product.

If tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive it:

Double check hidden drop spots used by carriers.
Ask neighbors, roommates, or family members.

With Route+, file a Stolen claim via your Route email or Route Claims Without Route+, report to us within 72 hours of the delivery scan so we can file a Missing Package claim. A police report may be required.

If tracking shows No Movement, contact us within 15 business days so we can investigate, or file a Lost claim if you used Route+.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Route+ protects your order from damage, loss, or theft. If your order never arrives or arrives damaged, you can file a claim and receive a replacement or full reimbursement, typically within 24 hours. We recommend adding Route+ at checkout. See the Shipping Page for more.

Ensure name, address, and email match your customer account.
Our Support Team will reply with your 5% discount code.
Enter the code at checkout.
Phastek Performance does allow international orders. Please e-mail orders@phastek.com with your potential order, your complete address, and any questions you have. Phastek Performance is always happy to assist you in getting parts you need. We ship all parts on our website to most countries in the world!

Due to restrictions and regulations, we are not currently shipping to these following countries: China, Russia, Venezuela, Indonesia.

We offer free standard ground shipping on most orders over $99 within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Some exclusions apply. See the Shipping Page for full details.

Large items may ship via LTL freight. Please read our terms before delivery. Freight carriers operate differently than standard ground services. See our Freight Policy for requirements and instructions.

To redeem a Phastek gift certificate:

Locate your unique gift code from the gift email attachment.
Add items to your cart.
Open the cart and enter your code in “Redeem Gift Certificate,” then select Go.

For the current estimated stocking time of an out-of-stock product, please contact us or click the “Get E-mailed When In Stock” link on the product page above the “Add to Cart” button, which will sign you up to get an email update when the product is back in stock.
