Functional heat extraction cowl hood for Ford Mustang is perfect replacement for the ordinary factory hood. Vented at front of the hood to help accelerate hot air escape from the engine bay. AmeriHood utilized factory hinges and striker for easier installation, smooth gel coat finish on top and underside for easy prep and shorten work time for that perfect finish.


Note: Please Dry Fit The Product Prior to Performing Prep And Painting Work. This Hood Requires Hand-Finishing For Paint Prep and Fitment. This is NOT a Simple Bolt-On!


Note: This product will arrive UNPAINTED and will require final prep and paint before final installation.

  • All parts purchased by the customer must be post cured and pre-fitted to the vehicle to be inspected before painting, such paint work is the sole responsibility of the customer and person painting the part.
  • Amerihood Warrants To The Original Purchaser That Our Products Will Be Free From Defects In Materials And Workmanship For A Period Of (90) Days From The Date Of Purchase. Please Keep The Original Packaging For At Least (90) Days. All Warranty Claims Must Be Shipped Back To Amerihood Prepaid With Proof Of Purchase And A Description Of The Defect.
  • This Warranty Does Not Include Painting And Shipping. Amerihood Does Not Warrant For Product Damage Caused By Abuse, Misuse, Shipping, Accident, Normal Wear, Incorrect Installation By A Non-Qualified Individual , Incorrect Modification Or Adjustment, Dirt, Contaminants Or Corrosion. Minor Scuffs Or Non-Consequential Surface Blemishes May Be Present As A Result Of The Post-Curing, Manufacturing, Shipping And Handling Process Cannot Be Considered As Defective.
  • Notify Amerihood's Sales Department Immediately When You File A Warranty Claim. Do Not Return Any Merchandise To Amerihood Without Prior Authorization; Non-Authorized Returns Will Be Refused By Amerihood's Receiving Department. All Warranty Claims Must Be Accompanied By A Dated, Legitimate Proof Of Purchase From Amerihood Or One Of Its Authorized Dealers. Warranty Claims For Amerihood Merchandise Purchased From A Amerihood Dealer Or Distributor Must Be Submitted To That Dealer Or Distributor In Accordance To Their Policies And Procedures. It Will Be Up To Amerihood To Replace, Credit Or Repair Said Defective Part.

  • Carbon Fiber Hoods ARE NOT Covered, Sold As Is Due to Complicity Nature Of The Product.
  • Hood Pins Are Required Due To The Nature Of Being Aftermarket Parts NOT OEM Parts. Amerihood Will Not Be Liable For Any Damages To The Product And Vehicle Caused By Not Properly Using Hood Pins.
