The ProCharger 1GP404-SCI Intercooled Race Kit is designed for the 2006-2013 C6 Corvette equipped with the 7L LS7, providing a high-performance foundation for serious street, drag, and race applications. The kit features a choice of F-1D, F-1, or F-1A centrifugal supercharger, a dedicated 10-rib belt drive, race-spec blow-off valve, and ProCharger’s high-capacity race air-to-air intercooler. The system is designed around custom performance applications, allowing the builder to select the appropriate supercharger, boost level, fuel system, and calibration for the desired power level.

Built for substantially higher power levels than ProCharger’s standard and Stage II systems, the 1GP404-SCI incorporates a dedicated 10-rib drive system to provide increased belt capacity and improved traction under high-load conditions. The race intercooler is designed to support high-horsepower applications, while the race bypass valve and large 3.50-inch inlet provide the airflow and charge-system capability needed for aggressive combinations. The kit does not include fuel injectors or ECU tuning, giving experienced builders and tuners the flexibility to configure the fuel system and calibration around the specific engine, fuel, boost, and power requirements. 

The race valve is the industry leading surge valve for both street and race applications. The larger valve diameter is designed for high flow applications.

• Open Valve - Vents to atmosphere and creates a distinctive whoosh, when the throttle blade suddenly closes, which a lot of people enjoy the sound.
• Closed Valve - Vents to an external air filter or an internal tube for rerouting excess boost pressure back upstream of supercharger for a more quiet and subtle sound. More ideal for street applications where someone wants more of a silent or stealth operation of the supercharger.
