These AWE AFM Valve Simulators are designed for the 2014-2019 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, Stingray Z51, Grand Sport, Z06, and ZR1. They give the factory AFM valve motors a proper mounting point after the stock exhaust hardware is removed, so an exhaust upgrade can be installed cleanly. In use, they keep the ECU satisfied and help prevent the warning lights that can show up when the AFM hardware is no longer in place. That matters on compatible AFM-equipped applications because the electronic side of the swap is handled correctly instead of leaving the motors unplugged or unsecured.
