Phastek tries our best to work with as many manufacturers as possible to give our customers a break in pricing.
These promotions may require a coupon code, or the discount may be reflected in the price.
Clearance
A clearance item is an item that has been deeply discounted by Phastek because we’ve held onto the items too long and need to move them off our shelves to store new inventory.
Open Box
Our Open Box products are like-new and/or returned products. Please check the products description carefully as we list any blemishes and/or scratch-n-dents on the product.
Any Open Box return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Open Box refunds will be processed as Store Credit only.
What is non-returnable at Phastek?
● Tunes
● Wheel(s) after they have been mounted
● Products marked as “Clearance.”
● Route Package Protection, once an item on your order has shipped
● Non-defective products that show evidence of being used, installed, handled improperly or packed/shipped improperly
● Custom made, custom text or lettering, custom ordered, custom product options, and/or custom painted products. If you have a problem with your custom product, please contact our support team immediately.
